I believe Marrone and am inspired by his attitude. If the players have bought into it as well since spring camp ended and come in at top physical condition with strength and endurance we are going to shock the Big East and maybe become the 2009 Cinderella team that the country will be talking about. Thats the dream and it can happen if the players play up to their ability and give the required effort. I like Marrone’s approach and his recruiting thus far. August is going to be fun watching the competitive players fighting and either winning or losing spots for playing time.

I have to admit: I’m pumped talking to Marrone as well. I like his approach. I like his recruiting tactics. I like how sincere is seems. I’m fired up for his first camp. I’m more fired up about the prospect of how he builds this thing. I don’t want to start predicting how quickly he can turn it around since it seems pretty evident how little talent Groobers left behind, but I’m excited too. Thanks for listening to the podcast. -DA
